For 25 years I've been the person brought in when systems can't afford to fail — high-traffic WordPress platforms, e-commerce operations in regulated markets, subscription engines where downtime means lost revenue. My bias has always been toward stability and long-term maintainability over clever solutions that break under pressure.
Today that same instinct shapes how I work with AI. I build RAG pipelines, automation workflows, and LLM integrations not as standalone experiments but as extensions of the infrastructure businesses already run on. The work is less about the technology and more about making sure it still works six months later when nobody is watching.
